How can we help?
If your question isn't here, just write to us — we answer ourselves, no bots and no ticket queue.
Where are my events?
In your own iPhone calendar and your iCloud account, as always. Marrow doesn't have its own calendar or a server: it reads and writes directly to the same place as Apple's Calendar app. If you delete Marrow, your events stay exactly where they were.
I don't see any events when I open the app
It's almost certainly the calendar permission. Go to iOS Settings → Marrow → Calendars and check that it's turned on with full access (with "Add Events Only" Marrow can't read anything). If you declined it the first time, iOS won't ask again on its own — you need to grant it there by hand.
How do I restore my Marrow Plus purchase?
Inside the app: Settings → Get Marrow Plus → Restore Purchase (at the bottom of the Plus screen). Since it's a one-time payment tied to your Apple ID (not a subscription), it restores for free on any device where you sign in with the same Apple ID.
How do I change the look?
Inside the app: Settings → Appearance. Black and White are free; the other nine — Cobalt, Juniper, Linotype, Merlot, Ivory, Cocoa and rose, Toasted, Nebula and Eclipse — are part of Marrow Plus. The widgets follow whichever look you choose.
What does Marrow Plus include?
The nine paid looks, eleven more colours for your events (free, you get red, yellow, green and blue), the countdown on your Home and Lock Screens, attachments on events, the wider agenda widget that shows the next days, and widgets without the mark. It is a single payment, no subscription.
How do I put a countdown on my screen?
With Marrow Plus: touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Add Widget, search for Marrow and choose Countdown. Then touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and pick the event. There is a Lock Screen version too.
My event alerts aren't arriving
Marrow schedules its own alerts on the iPhone, but it needs the notifications permission: iOS Settings → Notifications → Marrow. Alerts are scheduled for the next 30 days and renewed every time you open the app. Event alerts are marked time-sensitive, so they can get through a Focus; the fact-of-the-day nudge is silent and does not.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Marrow has no accounts, no sign-in, no password. Everything works through your own Apple ID and iCloud.
How do I change the app's language?
Inside the app: Settings → Language (tap it to expand). By default it follows your iPhone's language; you can pick another of the nine available — Spanish, English, Basque, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Brazilian and European Portuguese. The change reaches the widgets, the alerts and the fact of the day too.
I found a bug, or I have an idea
Tell us — it genuinely helps. The more detail (what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and when if you can) the faster we can look into it.
